I came to the dealership on 10/12/24 for new tires and a ceramic coating/detail. The first gentleman I spoke to upon arriving at the service drive was going through my paperwork and I asked to verify the correct tires were being installed. There are only two options 4ply or 10ply and I requested 10ply. He said they can���t put 4 ply on a truck and I asked him to check anyways to verify the correct tire model number. He got upset with me accusing me of arguing with him and he stomped off upset without saying anything else. I didn���t know whether to leave my keys in the truck or take them into the office. I didn���t know if I needed to stay on site for any reason. I didn���t know if they had a waiting room. I eventually found someone else to ask where their waiting room was and went there. A time later, the gentleman approached me with the paperwork and confirmed that I was correct that they had put the 4ply tires down on my paperwork and that he updated it to show 10 ply and made sure the correct tires were put on. That was the last time I spoke to him. I had online work to do so I waited at the dealership for my truck to get finished up. Early afternoon I got up to stretch my legs and walked over to detail to see if they had gotten the truck in to be detailed yet. I was approached by a gentleman who was preforming the services on my truck. He asked if I needed anything and I said that I was just checking in and asked him if I needed to remove the tools from the back seat of my truck to make things easier on him. He replied stating that he had already completed the interior detail so there was no need. I thanked him and left. Upon returning back to the service drive waiting room I was approached by a female in the service drive who confronted me rudely accusing me of ���cussing out��� her detailers. I told her that was not true and I had a pleasant interaction with the detailers who approached me. She scoffed and continued to accuse me of this and then walked away. I���m very upset with the way I was treated. I will give the worst review possible and be sure to let my family and friends know not to come to any Denis Dillon.

I brought in my vehicle to address an OnStar issue. At that time all other functions of the infotainment center were working. When I picked up my vehicle, Sirius XM was non-functional and then the infotainment center ceased to function completely. It did not seem that the system was tested properly before returning the vehicle to me.

I had a problem with my gear shifter not indicating my vehicle was in park, although it clearly was. I made an appointment 2 weeks out and figured I could live with this minor inconvenience for a couple of weeks. Within in 3 days of making the appointment the minor inconvenience became a huge annoyance. I brought the vehicle to the service department 11 days earlier than my appointment and spoke with LT. LT took over the problem and within 2 days I was up and running again! LT is the kind of service department employee every dealership should have, he knows what he is doing he���s very efficient, handled and completed the necessary tasks of communication with the extended warranty company, and the job was done! I���m very pleased with the service.
