My experience at Dennis Dillon Service Center was great. Zach treated me well keeping me up to date with the service. I did learn with making the appointment it is best to call and talk to a human. Making the appointment through the phone app is a waist of time and the option should not be there. My first appointment was confirmed by the app but the appointment did not exist after trying to confirm with the Service Center.

I had an issue with my truck, I called Brandi and she got me in, informed me of the diagnosis gave me my options and told me how long she needed my truck for the repair. She did an awesome job keeping me informed.

Top notch up until finance. The finance officer used scare tactics to sell his extended warranty. I felt like I was buying a peace of glass and if I didn���t get the warranty my peace of glass / AT4 truck would break. He talked like GMC did not make a very good truck almost like my 2015 GMC was a better vehicle it���s my own fault because I fell for it which makes me feel bad about my purchase! I got my last truck at Dennis Dillon in 2015. Had a great experience! Never again through Dennis Dillon and maybe not GMC! I had a wonderful salesman Gabe named who was very helpful and kind.
