That’s why Dennis Dillon GMC has a love it or leave it policy for their valued customers. Let’s go over the different guarantees together.

    Here’s What Dennis Dillon GMC Guarantees

    Our exchange and return policies:

    Cash Back Guarantee: If you find that you aren’t loving your new purchase, return it for a refund! A few eligibilities do apply:

    • The vehicle must be returned within 72 hours or 300 miles, whichever comes first
    • The vehicle must be inspected for cosmetic or mechanical damage by our team
    • If damage is present, you must pay for the repairs to be awarded the refund
    • If the vehicle was purchased with a personal check, it must clear the dealership's bank account before a refund can be issued
    • Unfortunately, no added accessories will be refunded (window tint, upgrade packages, etc.)

    *Please note: Refunds may take up to two weeks from the time of fund verification.

    Vehicle Exchange Guarantee: The same policy as above applies in every way, except instead of cash back, you can swap your vehicle! Here are the terms:

    • You are subject to an additional credit approval if necessary
    • A credit will be assigned towards the “swap.” This is in case the vehicle you want is of a higher value
    • Plus the above eligibilities mentioned in the Cash Back Guarantee

    Our 3-Month/ 300 Mile Limited Powertrain Warranty:

    Our vehicles under 13 years old and with less than 175,000 miles come with this warrant. See warranty for further details.

    Our $1,000 Trade-In Guarantee:

    We want you to maintain your vehicle for your sake and for the sake of future buyers. That’s why we guarantee to offer you an additional $1,000 on your trade-in when you follow through with your factory-recommended maintenance here at Dennis Dillon GMC.

    High-Quality Used Vehicle Inspections:

    At Dennis Dillon GMC, we want to provide our customers with the best pre-owned vehicles possible. To ensure only high-quality vehicles leave our lot, we have our factory-trained technicians inspect all used vehicles before they are released on our lot for purchase.

    We want you to feel confident when you purchase a new vehicle from us. So we offer free CARFAX reports. Here’s how you can access yours:

    • When you are on the vehicle page that you would like a report on, click the “Free CARFAX” icon.
