I recently took my 2014 Acadia to Dennis Dillon for a transmission repair under warranty. My Service Advisor, Brandi, was fantastic���she kept me updated every step of the way. While the repair took a bit longer than expected due to the need to review my service records and send an inspector to confirm the necessary repairs, Brandi acknowledged that this wasn���t typical and worked hard to ensure everything went smoothly. She even secured approval for a full detail of my Acadia after the repairs were completed, which really made the experience a positive one. What could have been a stressful situation was handled with professionalism and care, thanks to Brandi, the mechanic, and the inspector. Based on this great experience, I���ll definitely be purchasing my next car at Dennis Dillon Auto Park. A big thank you to everyone involved for getting my car back on the road!
