Service adviser Brandy has been OK to deal with BUT I paid for an alignment along with 4 new tires and when I left, discovered my alignment was worse than when I came in. Brandy had no problem getting me back in but next available was a few days out. I went to Charles Schwab instead ( got me in much quicker ) and paid for another alignment and honestly to ensure it was done correctly this time ( I have to believe if your tech had taken the time to drive the truck after his alignment job he would have realized it was off. Is that not standard to do so ? ) . While at Schwab they informed me that 1 of my 4 brand new tires purchased from you was out of round and needs replacement ( causing a subtle vibration ) . I am scheduled to have that looked at on Friday but again requires another trip to your dealership where I have to leave the truck all day. AND, no guarantee anyone will agree the tire needs replacement. Way too much time spent for what should have been something seemingly simple to do.
