I contacted DD to possibly purchase a car before year-end. Anthony Chavez was my first point of contact and was a consummate professional throughout our time together. He spoke with me on the phone several times and followed up quickly with emails. He is an excellent communicator and an asset to Dennis Dillion. When I arrived on the 30th, he had given me directions and stayed in touch regarding my arrival time frame. As soon as we began to discuss the car purchase, I was at ease with his knowledge and encouragement that we would find a price and terms that would work for me and DD. I enjoyed my experience working with him and his team. He was with me every step, through the trade-in of my car into the financing, pulling credit, and negotiating a price. He stayed with me until after 6:30 PM while the loan was completed and had the car clean, warm, and ready for me to drive home. He gave me a detailed tutorial on the new GMC Yukon Denali, including a drive on the freeway. He followed up the day after and several times since then. Anthony is genuine and sincere. I never felt pressured to buy or rushed. He is a family man, and we discussed his kid and wife. It was an enjoyable experience. If ten is the top rating I give Anthony Chavez a 12.
