Took in for a recall update.& a bad bumper sensor. It ended up taking 3 1/2 days so that didn���t impress me. The first day I was high and dry for transportation and had to find a way from work to home. The next day I was able to get a rental. GM had a download issue that put things behind and the first sensor after being painted and installed was the wrong one and had to be done a second time. After finally getting it back it now has a problem that after your done with a phone call the radio won���t work. So far I can���t say I���m enjoying my new pickup with as many times as I���ve had to take it back for repair since I���ve bought it.

It was great, we had wonderful communication while we were there and they attended to us from the moment we drove up to the dealership.

Brandy was very friendly & helpful. I need to get the front collision light to work and not stay on all the time. This has been an issue in the first week I bought the truck in late June??

Our salesperson Ben was beyond kind and accommodating. We had a great experience. He was super patient with letting us test drive multiple cars and walking us through all of the features! We will definitely recommend to friends and family.

The buying experience takes way too long from start to finish. Buying a new car shouldn't take all day to finalize.

Joe did phenomenal work on my truck and really appreciate his attention to detail on my vehicle. He answered all my questions and acted as though he was working on a car for his own family! Best service experience in many years.

Software update

Only frustration was dropping my car off at 0830 and finding out that they didn���t start looking at it until after 1 pm. Not sure why I made the appointment if that is the expectation.

Booked online. I got an appointment the same day. The service department is awesome. Quick and simple experience as always.

Mitch was one of the best service writers I've had the pleasure of working with. I used to hire service writers, and I would hire him. He's very friendly, knows what he's doing, and was honest. What more can I say! Next time I need service for my Denali, I will be bringing it to Mitch.
